Flat-Screen Television Our customers usually have questions about the repair of their TV. One of our jobs is to answer those questions and to make sure you understand what needs to be done to complete the repair.

Q: Is my television worth repairing?
A: Some items are worth repairing while others are not! Once our technicians have analyzed your television, we can determine if it is worth fixing. All estimates are free. However, if you choose not to repair your TV there is a service charge of $85.

Q: There is no picture on my TV! Is the picture tube or display bad?
A: No picture from the picture tube only shows that there is a problem inside the TV set. We have found that a very small percentage of TV repairs involve a bad picture tube / optic engine or display.

Q: That estimate is close to what I can pay for a new unit! I can buy a new unit for a few more dollars.
A: Of course you can! But remember that if the item you are repairing is a high-quality piece of electronic equipment, then in all likelihood you've had it in use for years. If you pay a few extra dollars for a new unit rather than having one fixed, you'll likely end up with a unit of far less quality.

Q: How likely is it that my unit can be repaired?
A: We fix more than 85% of all items, where we find it cost-effective for the customer to do so.

Q: How long will it take to repair my TV?
A: Most repairs are done the same day as the service call unless parts need to be ordered. On average, we are able to repair most units quickly 85% of the time. However, if parts are needed, you can expect your TV to be repaired within 4 to 5 days.
